Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and policies.
• Supervise and manage the security team and organize shifts and duties.
• Control access points, manage entry and exit procedures, and oversee inspections.
• Handle emergency situations and crisis management effectively.
• Monitor CCTV systems and all security surveillance tools.
• Coordinate with external security authorities when required.
• Prepare regular security reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Train security personnel and enhance their performance and discipline.

Job Requirements:

• Strong military or police background (former officer or non-commissioned officer preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in security management.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Experience in managing large security teams.
• Good knowledge of CCTV and security monitoring systems.
• High level of discipline and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work shifts when needed.
