Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act on behalf of the Club s Deputy Manager or Club Manager in their absence
  • Ensure and supervise the implementation of policies and procedures established by senior management in accordance with the company s overall strategy.
  • Prepare the security plan to secure the club s gates and fences, in coordination with the Club Manager.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective execution of the approved security plan in full compliance with its established provisions and standards.
  • Responsible for preparing the budget for the department s needs, presenting it, obtaining approval, and ratifying it at the higher level.
  • Collect and analyze security information to determine security needs to ensure implementation (security of facility fences and gates, members property, documents, and information).
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding securing the club s fences and gates.
  • Ensure that external workers have all required documents (health certificate, copy of ID, and age suitability for the position).
  • Ensure that all rented premises comply with the agreed-upon security requirements according to the nature of their activity.
  • Intervene to resolve member issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and supervise how security personnel deal with members in a manner that is appropriate and approved by management.
  • Inform subordinates of any new instructions issued and follow up on their implementation in accordance with these instructions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to prepare a plan for vacations, weekly breaks, and shifts for the department to ensure efficient and fair workflow.
  • Contact the relevant authorities, after consulting the direct manager, in cases of violent altercations, disasters, fires, or thefts.
  • Pay attention to and intensify security measures when necessary, in accordance with the Club Manager s vision.
  • Gather information about any risks that may harm the club.
  • Be fully responsible for ensuring that the security situation on the street surrounding the club is monitored by CCTV cameras and security camera operators.
  • Ensure the regular implementation of necessary maintenance procedures for all equipment and devices used in the department (camera rooms, computers, wireless devices, landline phones) to ensure the efficient implementation of the security plan.
  • Follow up on the training and development of employees and supervisors and provide them with clear and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure that a copy of all keys to the entire club is always kept for use in emergency situations in accordance with instructions.
  • Supervise and follow up on the implementation of all administrative tasks related to the department and ensure that lost items are returned to members.
  • Supervise the receipt of members weapons (officer s weapon personal protection weapon) as custody and return them to the member upon exiting the club.
  • Monitor gate activity and approve permits after verifying the signatures of the Maintenance Department and the
