Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the team of security officers.
- Control access to the construction site and supervise patrols
- Ensuring the protection of people, equipment and facilities
- Managing incidents and emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and procedures
- Prepare reports and inform the site management on a daily basis.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security and guarding
- Proven experience on construction sites
- Sense of responsibility, natural authority and good communication
- Rigour, responsiveness and autonomy
