The Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. This role requires a high level of professionalism, vigilance, and customer service in line with 5-star hospitality standards.


Key Responsibilities


Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors at all times


Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance


Control access to the hotel and restricted areas


Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns


Enforce hotel rules, policies, and safety procedures


Assist guests courteously while maintaining a visible security presence


Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when necessary


Write clear incident and daily security reports


Ensure fire safety, emergency exits, and safety equipment are always in proper condition


Requirements & Qualifications


Previous experience in hotel security, preferably in a 4- or 5-star property


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Professional appearance and attitude


Ability to stay calm and alert under pressure


Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety regulations


Physical fitness to perform patrol duties


Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays


Preferred Skills


Background in hospitality or customer service


Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety
