Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor hotel premises, including entrances, exits, and public areas, to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and casino, identifying and addressing potential security risks or breaches.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, providing assistance and coordinating with local authorities as needed.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures related to security, access control, and guest conduct.
Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports for management.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests and staff, addressing security concerns and offering guidance as required.
Operate and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to support special events, VIP visits, and high-traffic periods.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security protocols, local regulations, and industry best practices.
