Roles & Responsibilities

Security Officer – UAE National (Real Estate, Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated UAE National to join our team as a Security Officer, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our real estate premises.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor access points and control entry/exit to the premises

  • Conduct routine patrols and ensure overall site security

  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents

  • Liaise with internal teams and authorities when required

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:


  • UAE National (with valid Family Book)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
