Job Description

• Monitor and guard the entrance and allow the entry and exit of employees, visitors and other persons to secure the building against theft.

• Secure the area surrounding the building from time to time, ensuring the safety of employees' and visitors' vehicles, and ensuring that cars are parked in a manner that does not conflict with road etiquette.

• When receiving a visitor, the following is done:

- Welcome all company visitors with a smile and work to leave a good impression on them from the first time.

- Identify the person you want to meet, the visitor's name and the name of the company he works for, and ask him for proof of identity to keep and record his number in the civil registry. It will be given to him after the visit is over.

- He is directed to sit down, taking care not to delay in responding to the visitor.

The employee is informed of the arrival of a visitor and is given the number of the meeting room to which the visitor will be directed.

The visitor will be informed of his floor and room number and directed to the elevator.

• Receive and answer phone calls in a proper manner and transfer them to the relevant company employees.

• Recording in the submitted books in the following ways: -

1- Attendance book

Employees clock in in the morning and clock out in the evening.

2- Civil status book

The following data is recorded in the civil status book:

A- The movement of employees entering and exiting during the day.

B- The movement of company vehicles during the day.

C- Visitors’ entry and exit movement.

D- Registering any devices, tools or equipment carried by persons visiting the company’s headquarters (entry and exit).

e- Recording violations such as damage to equipment or property, theft, and the presence of unauthorized persons.

• Proof of receipt and delivery of work shifts in the building.
