Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily security operations and manage security personnel.

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.

- Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.

- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

- Train and supervise security staff.

- Maintain and monitor security systems and technologies.

- Prepare and present security reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Develop and test emergency response plans.

- Manage security budgets and resources.


Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in managing security operations across multiple sites.

- Security & safety certificates are preferable.

- Proven experience in security operations.

- Ability to communicate with clients for requirements.

- Experience in monitoring multiple sites' safety and security (Security guards, surveillance equipment, CCTV...)

- Ability to update and maintain robust site documentation including checklists, and standard operating procedures.

- Experience in supervising personnel, including hiring, training, developing, and managing performance. Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of security systems and technologies.

- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Experience with incident response and crisis management.

- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
