Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Security Systems Installation & Maintenance
- Implement and manage systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and alarm systems.
- Ensure hardware (cameras, sensors, card readers) and software (VMS, access control platforms) function properly.
Site Security Engineering
- Assess risks and vulnerabilities of a facility.
- Follow security layouts (camera placement, access points, barriers).
- Integrate physical security with IT systems
Operations & Monitoring
- Troubleshoot and repair security equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
Project Management
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for security system deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation (schematics, reports, SOPs).
- Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
Familiarity with networking basics (IP cameras, PoE switches, server integration).
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
Ability to read and create technical drawings and schematics
