Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations of security guards and safety personnel.
    • Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to ensure a risk-free work environment.
    • Support in risk assessments across all Distribution Centers.
    • Help achieve the goal of zero repeated accidents through daily monitoring.
    • Prepare reports related to CCTV monitoring, incidents, and guard performance.
    • Ensure the implementation of security and safety instructions and action plans.
    • Follow up on compliance with regulatory requirements (Civil Defense, Municipality, SFDA, etc.).
    • Ensure proper implementation of entrance, access, and visitor protocols.
    • Monitor training completion and ensure team readiness.
    • Train team members on safety basics and emergency procedures.

    • 2 years of experience in Security, Safety, or Risk Management.
    • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is a plus.
    • Good knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH (awareness), ISO 45001, and safety best practices.
    • Experience with CCTV and access control systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Security & Safety Team Leader at Ninja will be responsible for leading and managing the security and safety team to maintain a secure environment for all employees and assets. This role includes developing and implementing security protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

    • Certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Program (Practitioner or professional)
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
    • Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
