Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all security operations at assigned sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Develop, implement, and update site-specific security protocols and emergency response plans in alignment with company standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise on-site security staff, fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with facility management, electromechanical, and energy teams to ensure integrated security measures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, conducting thorough investigations and reporting findings.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements related to site security.
- Promote continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and emerging security technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
A military background (preferred) or equivalent experience in reputable security services companies
- 3-5 years of proven experience in site security management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising security teams.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site and respond to incidents outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining security documentation.
- Familiarity with facility management and electromechanical systems is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
