Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and staff performance to inform upper management and support strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain security schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts and special events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in high-security environments, such as corporate, retail, or event security, showcases adaptability to varied challenges.
  • Strong technical skills in operating surveillance systems, alarm management, and incident reporting software are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for clear reporting and collaboration with team members and management.
  • Physical fitness is required for patrol duties, with the ability to stand, walk long distances, and respond to emergencies swiftly.
