Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations across multiple sites and camp locations. The role ensures safety, security compliance, and efficient deployment of security personnel while maintaining high standards of vigilance and discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage security guards across multiple sites and camp facilities Plan and assign duty rosters, shifts, and site allocations Conduct regular site inspections and patrols Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and incident reporting Handle emergencies, incidents, and escalate issues when required Train and guide security staff on duties, safety, and discipline Maintain daily reports, occurrence logs, and attendance records Coordinate with clients, site management, and local authorities Ensure camp security, including entry/exit control and resident safety Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Supervisor (preferably in UAE) Knowledge of handling multiple sites and labor camps Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with CCTV systems and security procedures Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
