Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring ELV Security Systems Technicians/Engineers to support maintenance (AMC), installation, and commissioning of security systems across UAE sites. The role is hands-on and includes troubleshooting, site works, documentation, and coordination with the team leader.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, install, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog, NVR/DVR, camera configuration, storage, remote access)

  • Troubleshoot, install, and commission Access Control systems (controllers, readers, maglocks/strikes, door interfaces, software)

  • Support barrier systems (barrier gates, loop detectors, sensors, control panels)

  • Support alarm systems (intrusion panels, sensors, connectivity, reporting)

  • Support VMS / connectivity topics (video guard connectivity, remote viewing, network-related faults)

  • Execute preventive maintenance visits, fault rectification, and service reports

  • Run cable termination/testing and basic networking checks (PoE, IP addressing, switch faults)

  • Maintain accurate documentation: service reports, test results, punch lists, handover notes

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years in ELV security (maintenance + projects)

  • Education: ITI/Diploma (Technician) or Bachelor’s (Engineer preferred) in relevant field

  • SIRA: Priority for SIRA certified. For technicians, SIRA-ready accepted (must be able to process certification after joining

  • Brands: open (Hikvision/Dahua/Milestone/Genetec/Honeywell/Bosch, etc.). More exposure is a plus.

  • Ability to travel across UAE sites

  • Good English communication
