Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Receiving phone calls
  • Manage the relationship with our customers.
  • Manage and analyze customer complaints.
  • Establish and follow up customer satisfaction surveys periodically.
  • Establishment and follow-up of requests for quotes
  • Order tracking
  • Management of commercial documentation and archives - General organization of the office
  • Preparation of supplier and sales visits (hotel reservation, flight)
  • Update the C.R.M. sales force software daily
  • Carry out prospecting missions by telephone.
  • Design and implementation of marketing operations.
  • Promoting our brand image
  • Track tenders and bids.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the collection of debts in liaison with the Finance structure.
  • Participation in the implementation of the company's marketing and sales strategy;
  • Participation in the development and management of the marketing budget;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the content of communication media (labels, catalogues, promotional items)
  • Be in contact with suppliers and service providers for the various communication actions;
  • Co-develop the social media strategy with the communication company responsible for our social networks.
  • Manage the brand's E-reputation.
  • Ensure the moderation of comments.
  • Create visuals with dedicated tools.
  • Create content for publications, schedule them with dedicated tools.
  • Write articles for the web (depending on the mission).

  • Fields of marketing, training in digital communication, journalism and publishing.
  • Minimum experience required preferably in a building paint or building materials company.
  • Understanding the basic principles of marketing, e-marketing and communication
  • Perfect mastery of sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database (CRM) software
  • Creative and artistic approach.
  • You have a perfect command of French and knowledge of English and Turkish would be a plus.
  • Be creative, propose original campaigns, take initiatives;
  • Strong communication skills, and commercial and administrative correspondence
  • Organizational skills, versatile and autonomous
  • Living in Algiers (place of work Eucalyptus)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Domaines du marketing, formation en communication digitale, de journalisme et de l'édition.
  • Minimum d'expérience exigée de préférences dans une société de peintures pour bâtiments ou matériaux de construction.
  • La compréhension des principes de base du marketing, de l'e-marketing et de la communication
  • Parfaite maîtrise des techniques du commerciales.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels type Microsoft Office et base de données (CRM)
  • Approche créative et artistique.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français et la connaissance de l'Anglais et du Turc serait un plus.
  • Etre créatif, proposer des campagnes originales, prendre des initiatives;
  • Sens aigu de la communication, et de la correspondance commerciale et administrative
  • Sens de l'organisation, polyvalent et autonome
