Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensure the efficiency of production processes and maintain high quality standards.
- Develop and implement production programs to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the delivery of products within the allotted timeframes.
- Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with the supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of raw materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer or in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing production operations and improving efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
- Mastery of production planning, scheduling and supply chain management.
