Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensure the efficiency of production processes and maintain high quality standards.
Develop and implement production programs to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Manage and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the delivery of products within the allotted time.
Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborating with supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of raw materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer or in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in managing production operations and improving efficiency.
Solid knowledge of lean production principles and quality control methodologies
Proficiency in production planning, scheduling and supply chain management.
