Founded in 2007, SEHA is the corporate name for the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company. The word ‘SEHA’ means ‘Health’ in Arabic. The company is owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and aims to provide world-class healthcare facilities, locally to the people of the UAE. SEHA is the largest healthcare network in the UAE. Currently, it runs 12 hospitals consisting 2,644 beds, 46 Primary Healthcare Clinic, 10 Disease Prevention and Screening Center, 4 Dental Centers, 3 Mobile Clinics, 2 Blood banks, 2 Employee Healthcare Center, 1 School Clinic, and 1 Vaccination Center. The network accommodates some 100,000 in-patients annually, conduct 41,000 surgeries, and treat over five million outpatients.
