Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, aligning with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, informing sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment, demonstrating consistent success.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
