Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Learning Experience Designer with 3 5 years of experience to craft engaging, interactive K 12 learning experiences across Math, Science, English, Social Studies, Arabic, Qur an, and Islamic Studies. The role emphasizes user-centered design, Islamic values, and expertise in creating self-paced courses for diverse learners.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive digital lessons, activities, and assessments.

Build self-paced courses with clear navigation, pacing, and engagement strategies.

Apply user-centered design principles to enhance student motivation and learning.

Integrate multimedia tools (Google Slides, Canva, interactive apps, Canvas LMS).

Collaborate with curriculum teams to align content with U.S. standards and Islamic pedagogy.

Innovate with interactive learning methods (gamification, adaptive learning, AI tools).

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience in instructional design, edtech, or digital learning.

Proven experience in designing self-paced courses for K 12 learners.

Proficiency in digital design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace).

Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred).

Creative design background with strong visual and interactive storytelling skills.

Knowledge of Islamic education values and K 12 curriculum standards.

Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
