Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A minimum of 3 years of solid teaching experience in the relevant subject, ideally within an American Curriculum school, with strong classroom management and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Special Education. A Bachelor s degree in a relevant subject supported by a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or PGCE) may also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices, individual education plans (IEPs), differentiation strategies, and student support interventions, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support teams.
  • Non-native English speakers are required to demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 6.0.
  • All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency process.
