The ideal candidate
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd, or equivalent) with a specialization or experience in Special Educational Needs.
- Has proven experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, ideally within an international or multicultural school setting.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to guide inclusive practices across the school.
- Is knowledgeable in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and coordinating with parents and external professionals.
