Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Has proven experience working as an SEN Teacher
Has experience handling students with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs, and non-verbal learners
Has strong knowledge and experience in writing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
Can conduct observations, assessments, progress monitoring, and intervention planning
Has experience with behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations/modifications
Can collaborate effectively with parents, therapists, LSAs, and classroom teachers
Is confident in managing a homeroom class for students with additional needs
Can create engaging, differentiated, and hands-on learning experiences
Is patient, flexible, creative, and passionate about inclusion
Has experience using visual schedules, sensory supports, PECS, communication boards, and structured routines
Working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligible Candidates:
Certified Teacher, University Graduate
Minimum Education:
Bachelor
Teaching Experience:
1+ years
