Position Overviewbr>Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher / Special Educator to support Students of Determination and ensure the successful implementation of the school s Inclusion policy framework. The role requires an educator with a strong academic background in Special Education or Psychology, proven teaching experience, and the ability to adapt curriculum and assessments to meet individual learning needs. Candidates should be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately, with preference given to those on Own, Spouse, or Dependent visas.br>

Core Dutiesbr>
- Ensure Inclusion policy objectives are consistently applied across all school phasesbr>
- Assess student skills, identify learning needs, and design tailored teaching plansbr>
- Adapt curriculum content and assessments for individualized learning requirementsbr>
- Record and monitor progress data for Students of Determinationbr>
- Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans in collaboration with SLT, School Counselor, Class Teachers, and Parentsbr>
- Implement IEPs, evaluate performance, and track student developmentbr>
- Plan and deliver activities aligned with students individual abilitiesbr>
- Communicate progress with parents, counselors, and administratorsbr>
- Mentor Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) working with students with special needsbr>
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive school environmentbr>

Bachelor s or Master s in Special Education or Psychology with relevant teaching experiencebr>Prior experience in an inclusive school environment is preferredbr>Strong knowledge of individualized learning strategies and assistive educational practicesbr>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and parentsbr>Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediatelybr>Candidates with Own/Spouse/Dependent visa preferredbr>
