Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher / Special Educator to support Students of Determination and ensure the successful implementation of the school s Inclusion policy framework. The role requires an educator with a strong academic background in Special Education or Psychology, proven teaching experience, and the ability to adapt curriculum and assessments to meet individual learning needs. Candidates should be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately, with preference given to those on Own, Spouse, or Dependent visas.

Core Duties

* Ensure Inclusion policy objectives are consistently applied across all school phases
* Assess student skills, identify learning needs, and design tailored teaching plans
* Adapt curriculum content and assessments for individualized learning requirements
* Record and monitor progress data for Students of Determination
* Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans in collaboration with SLT, School Counselor, Class Teachers, and Parents
* Implement IEPs, evaluate performance, and track student development
* Plan and deliver activities aligned with students individual abilities
* Communicate progress with parents, counselors, and administrators
* Mentor Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) working with students with special needs
* Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive school environment

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s or Master s in Special Education or Psychology with relevant teaching experience
* Prior experience in an inclusive school environment is preferred
* Strong knowledge of individualized learning strategies and assistive educational practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and parents
* Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
* Candidates with Own/Spouse/Dependent visa preferred
