Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand content, ensuring strong visual storytelling and consistency with brand guidelines.
Develop and execute full 3D production pipelines including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation using industry-standard software.
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and design teams to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual assets that meet business objectives.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, delivering polished, professional outputs while maintaining high artistic and technical standards.
Lead creative direction and provide mentorship to junior animators, reviewing work, offering feedback, and ensuring overall quality and consistency across projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in animation principles.
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation, showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-quality animation.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, with a strong understanding of animation workflows.
Demonstrated ability to create realistic and stylized character animation, with a focus on acting, body mechanics, and storytelling.
Exceptional understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, weight, and anticipation, applied to create compelling performances.
