Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Visualization: Create detailed 3D models, photorealistic renders, and technical drawings for bespoke exhibition stands and event displays.
  • Technical Operations: Translate conceptual sketches into detailed construction drawings (including floor plans, elevations, and electrical layouts) to guide the fabrication team.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure designs meet client budgets and venue regulations.
  • Material Innovation: Research and select appropriate materials and lighting solutions that align with the company s quality standards and sustainability goals.
  • Quality Control: Review technical specs to ensure 100% accuracy before designs move to the workshop, minimizing "lead loss" and errors during the build phase.
  • Digital Integration: Stay ahead of industry trends by incorporating digital elements (AV, interactive screens, lighting automation) into 3D environments

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Fine Arts.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert level in 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically in the exhibition or events industry.
  • Operational Mindset: Strong understanding of carpentry, metalwork, and various fabrication techniques used in booth construction.
