Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive sales outreach to potential clients to expand the client base for CDC training courses.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing members and clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction with CDC services.
- Provide detailed information on CDC training courses, rates, and special offers to both current and prospective clients.
- Meet with members, clients, and their representatives to discuss and promote CDC training opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of existing and potential clients, ensuring all contact information and engagement details are accurately recorded.
- Issue regular sales and revenue reports, tracking performance against targets.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, revenue sheets, and relevant sales presentations.
- Coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to maximize sales efforts and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Work with the Marketing Department to support sales campaigns with client lists, promotional materials, and campaign-specific information.
- Promote CDC training courses and services at AmCham events, networking with potential clients.
- Ensure seamless communication between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
- Perform any other duties as required by management to meet the business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training or educational services.
