Senior Account Manager Digital Transformation Advisor Global Brands Group Holding Limited (GBG)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a senior sales account manager and digital transformation advisor. The Senior Sales Account Manager, Digital Transformation Advisor, will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Account Manager, Digital Transformation Advisor, will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, computer engineering, communication engineering, or a relevant field.
• 4 10 years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• Good knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
• Fluent English speaker
• Have confidence in communicating with C-level executives.
• Self-motivated and team player
• Cloud/security certification is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies is preferred.
• Simplicity and speed are taken to the max.
