Requirements
5–7 years of experience in advertising account management, client servicing, or a related role.
Proven track record in leading integrated (360) campaigns; automotive client exposure is a strong plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the creative process, media planning, and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Solid financial acumen in managing campaign budgets and reporting.
Proficiency in CRM tools and account management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnership building.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are understood and met.
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through regular strategic discussions and consistent engagement.
Gain deep knowledge of client businesses to provide proactive recommendations that enhance brand performance.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Manage end-to-end 360 advertising campaigns, from creative briefing to final delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple markets to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and present proposals, campaign reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and media plans with confidence and clarity.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and reporting while ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s growth pipeline.
Align cross-functional resources (Creative, Media, Social) to deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on time.
Facilitate smooth internal workflows, feedback loops, and project reviews to maintain momentum.
