Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts

Build trusted relationships with client marketing, brand, and social teams

Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with confidence

Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions

Manage integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, and social media platforms

Strong understanding of creative services, marketing services, media and paid, owned, and earned social

Guide clients on best practices and trends

Ensure creative and messaging are consistent across all touch points

Write clear briefs for creative, social, and production teams

Balance creative ambition with client objectives and budgets

Partner with Strategy, Media, and Creative Directors to deliver best-in-class work

Protect the creative integrity of the agency while meeting client needs

Identify upsell opportunities (campaign extensions, social content, new channels, new creative ideas..)

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope

Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resourcing across multiple work streams

Manage feedback loops and ensure efficient approval processes

Handle escalations and resolve issues calmly and professionally

Mentor Account Executives and Account Managers

Set standards for client service excellence

Contribute to agency processes and ways of working

Desired Candidate Profile

6 9 years experience in an integrated creative or advertising agency

  • Proven experience leading brand, digital, and social accounts end-to-end
  • Strong client-partner mindset with confidence managing senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of creative services, content, social, and paid/owned/earned ecosystems
  • Ability to write clear, inspiring briefs and collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams
  • Track record of delivering integrated campaigns on time, on budget, and on scope
  • Commercially minded, with experience identifying account growth and upsell opportunities
  • Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
  • Natural mentor with experience guiding junior account team members
  • Excellent communication skills; calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented
