Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our advertiser and agency accounts, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure smooth execution, reporting, and client satisfaction.

  • Manage campaign timelines, content schedules, and asset delivery
  • Coordinate with internal operations and tech teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Oversee media placements, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Prepare campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign reviews
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Handle renewals and long-term account growth
  • 4 7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or media roles
  • Strong background in media agencies, OOH, ATL, or integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing media placements and content calendars
  • Understanding of ATL planning, buying, and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Cairo-based
