Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for key clients, manage account strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

The Senior Account Manager is expected to have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance client expectations with internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned key clients
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
3. Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and industry challenges
4. Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, strategy planning, and service delivery
5. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality service execution
6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts
7. Prepare and present regular performance reports, proposals, and strategic plans to clients
8. Resolve escalated issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction
9. Achieve account revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
