Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a Hunter, not a farmer. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, your primary mission is to secure new accounts and aggressively expand our footprint in the Egyptian and Saudi markets. You will target Factory Managers, Engineering Directors, and CTOs to sell high-value SCADA, MES, and Digital Transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (70%): Proactively identify, prospect, and close new deals. This is an outbound role requiring cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.

Strategic Account Management (30%): Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify upsell opportunities (Software Licenses, SLAs, System Expansions).

Technical Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor. Translate complex technical concepts (Unified Namespaces, lloT, PLC Integration) into clear business value for clients.

Pipeline Management: Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM.

Regional Travel: Conduct regular site visits and client meetings in Riyadh, Jeddah, and across Egypt's industrial zones (approx. 30% travel).

Desired Candidate Profile

Who We Are Looking For

Education: A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering is required. You must speak the "language of the factory."

Experience: 3-6 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Automation, System Integration, or Engineering Services.

Market Knowledge: Demonstrated experience selling in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) market is a significant advantage.

Technical Literacy: Familiarity with major platforms (AVEVA, Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, etc.) and Industry 4.0 concepts (OEE, MES, Cloud Integration, etc.).

Soft Skills: High energy, resilience, thick skin, and a hunger for closing deals. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and Business English (Written & Spoken).
