Roles & Responsibilities

Executive Partnerships | Hiring Strategy | Client Leadership

We are a high-growth staffing agency building long-term partnerships with scaling companies.

We re hiring a Senior Account Manager to serve as the strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients while leading a team responsible for hiring execution.

You ll work closely with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to help them think through how hiring decisions support their broader business goals.

You will manage 40 50 client relationships and guide those organizations through critical hiring decisions as they scale.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Partnership

You will act as the primary strategic partner for your clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading conversations around hiring strategy

  • Helping clients prioritize roles when budgets are constrained

  • Advising leadership teams on hiring roadmaps

  • Conducting executive-level business reviews

  • Managing complex client relationships

Portfolio Oversight

You will oversee the long-term health of your client accounts by:

  • Monitoring client engagement and satisfaction

  • Forecasting hiring demand across clients

  • Identifying risks early

  • Supporting renewal and partnership discussions

  • Ensuring consistent service quality

Team Leadership

You will manage 2 3 Account Managers responsible for coordinating hiring searches.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coaching team members on client communication and strategy

  • Reviewing account health weekly

  • Supporting complex client conversations

  • Developing team members into stronger client operators

Skills & Experience

  • 6 8+ years in staffing, recruiting, or client partnership roles

  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to guide clients through complex hiring decisions

  • Experience managing client-facing team members
