As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for analysing the client's needs, proposing technically adapted solutions and verifying the proper execution of the service or project.

You will have to develop our portfolio of customers in your commercial territory, mainly internationally, and understand the entire process of selling products and services from the phase of detection of opportunities to the signing of the contract while retaining current customers.

Missions:

  • To develop the portfolio of Key Account customers entrusted in a defined territory.

  • Look for new customers: ensure regular prospecting activity.

  • Develop and retain customers/partners by establishing a strong relationship with key interlocutors as a true business developer.

  • Participate in calls for tenders and write responses in close collaboration with the Pre-sales team.

  • Analyze the prospect's needs and design concrete use cases for the solutions.

  • Present the products/services to our partners and prospects.

  • Lead the full sales cycle (Discovery, Dmo / Value Proposition, Negotiation, Closing)

  • Fill in all activity in the CRM.

  • Regular reporting of the hierarchy on the commercial activity in its territory.

  • Achieve individual and company goals.

Profile sought:

  • Engineer diploma (computer science, telecoms, general practitioner) or Bac+4 diploma in computer science in a business school with a strong IT culture

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager ideally with a software publisher

  • Mastery of negotiation techniques and sales techniques

  • Good quality of cost and relationship

  • Dynamism and responsiveness and above all a power of persuasion in order to defend its technical and financial proposals

  • My knowledge of French and English

  • Strength of initiative, self-motivated, multitasking, sensitive to details and you find the means to make the difference.
