Location- Onsite Dubai

• Role Highlights:
• Strategic account management, business development, and long-term client relationship building across Dubai and Northern Emirates.
• Develop account plans, manage sales pipelines, and forecast revenue.
• Lead solution selling and contract negotiations in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage escalations with internal teams.
• Partner with PMO, finance, and collections to ensure project execution and timely billing.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s (required) or Master's (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years (minimum) in account management, client relations, or sales (7+ years desired).
• Expertise in IT services, solution selling, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and managing global accounts.
• Strong communication, client management, and cross-functional team leadership, with experience handling SLAs and contracts.

• Note: Strong experience into sales and collection /Bit /BD .
