Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor AP aging, advances, and supplier balances.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Review customer invoicing, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Perform bank receipt postings and monthly reconciliations review.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and review VAT returns and Zakat / income tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with ZATCA and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support tax audits and respond to tax-related queries.

Financial Reporting & Closing

  • Perform monthly reconciliations review.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist external auditors and provide required schedules and explanations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Practical experience in AP, AR, and taxation.
