Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset accounting close processes, including depreciation calculations and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and analyze fixed asset reports, providing insights into asset performance and identifying potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies related to fixed assets, including capitalization thresholds and depreciation methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required to understand the core principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fixed asset accounting is essential for the role.
  • Candidates with CPA or similar professional certifications are highly preferred to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience with a multinational corporation or a company with complex fixed asset portfolios is advantageous.
