Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping (for multiple companies across industries)
Process and manage accounting documents provided by clients across diverse industries.
Record financial transactions for multiple client entities.
Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers across different businesses.
Prepare Fixed Asset (FA) schedules, accounting schedules, and loan schedules across portfolios.
Manage deadlines and reporting schedules simultaneously for different clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with experience working in an outsourced accounting environment.
Quick learner, adaptable to in‑house accounting systems and experienced in online QuickBooks, Xero, and other similar accounting systems.
Meticulous and detail‑oriented, ensuring each accounting entry is clearly described and properly documented.
Able to process and manage accounting documents provided by clients across diverse industries.
Willing to put in overtime when rush deadlines arise (to be tracked as part of KPI).
Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
Final Evaluation Assignment
As part of the final stage of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a simple assignment. This exercise is designed to assess their understanding level, attention to detail, and practical working experience in handling accounting tasks across multiple companies and industries. Performance on this assignment will form part of the overall evaluation criteria.
