Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant with a mandatory Real Estate background to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to property accounting, leasing revenue, service charges, and financial reporting within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle accounting for real estate portfolios, including residential and commercial properties
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Oversee rental income, lease accounting, service charges, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in the Real Estate sector (mandatory)
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, leasing, and property management finance
Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
Good understanding of UAE VAT laws
Strong analytical and communication skills
Arabic nationality is mandatory
