Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and necessary accounting adjustments

  2. Perform detailed reconciliations for General Ledger (GL), bank accounts, intercompany transactions, payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  3. Oversee payroll accounting and coordination, ensuring accuracy, WPS compliance, and proper cost allocation

  4. Handle Accounts Receivable management, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, aging analysis, and dispute resolution

  5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP systems and financial reporting tools

  6. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Clients to ensure financial alignment and smooth business support

  7. Prepare management reports, including variance analysis and financial performance insights

  8. Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax guidelines

  9. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 7–9 years of UAE experience in accounting or senior finance roles, preferably in the services industry

  2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, payroll, and reconciliations

  3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

  4. Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  7. High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail
