Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Accountant
Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Ensure that accounts are kept in accordance with current accounting standards and Algerian legal requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage tax and social security declarations, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- To supervise, train and lead an accounting team in order to optimize performance and quality of work.
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of financial forecasts.
- Implement internal procedures to improve accounting and financial processes.
- To ensure regulatory and tax monitoring to guarantee the company's compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Master 2), Engineering degree or Bac +5 in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in a similar position, with proven experience in team management.
- Mastery of Algerian accounting standards and accounting software tools
- Excellent skills in financial analysis, rigor and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership to effectively manage a team.
- Mastery of French, both written and spoken
- Residency is mandatory in the vicinity of (H'raoua, Rouiba, Regha a, Boumerdes ...) or neighbouring municipalities.
