Utilize SAP B1 software to manage and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies, international accounting standards, and local regulations.

Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting.

Monitor cash flow and perform cash management activities, including bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and optimizing working capital.

Conduct regular internal audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies or irregularities.

Provide financial analysis and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

Support the preparation of financial reports for statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and SAP B1 functionalities, and provide training to relevant stakeholders as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and procurement, to optimize processes and improve efficiency within the organization.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Assist in ad-hoc financial projects, process improvements, and system enhancements as required.
