Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In charge of controlling and executing all accounting work flows
In Charge of the Accounting division
Receives cash payments from customers
Bank deposits
Issue company checks
Issue different checks
Prepare and control Journal Voucher s
Issue binding invoices
In charge of central cash box s Journal Vouchers
In charge of petty cash box
Control & monitor loans and loan payments
Control Accounting entries into system
Bank reconciliation
Prepares closing months entry
Prepares and maintains Social security pensions, family allowances and payments
Generates the employee payroll
Prepares closing year entries
V.A.T declaration
Prepares seasonal government declarations
Other accounting tasks
In addition to any other accounting task that the C.E.O, G.M, of Finance Manager may request
