Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information for allocation entries such as general ledger and documents business transactions.
• Monitor and review accounting operations among the related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial information and summarize its status.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounts entries, department goal s setting process.
• Track companies' expenses, verify, post and reconcile accounts.
• Perform daily transactions, control payables accounts and review bank statement of account.
• Perform reconciliation on a monthly basis as well preparation financial analysis.
• Prepare and Assist Payroll, NSSF, VAT, Tax Audit and Tax returns.
• Support month end year closing process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Skills:

• Have excellent financial skills.
• Have excellent computer skills and related software applications.(Visual Dolphin is a must, ...)

Language Skills

• English and Arabic proficiency.
• French is an asset.
