Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle full vendor invoice entry, auditing, and posting on Odoo ERP.
Ensure precise cost-center and store allocation to prevent financial distortion.
Execute strict 3-way matching between Invoices PO GRN.
Audit full payment backup documentation before processing applications.
Track and reconcile clearing, freight, and logistics expenses per container/shipment node.
Perform regular vendor reconciliations and manage advances/petty cash .
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date AP Aging report.
Prepare VAT and tax documentation under management supervision.
Maintain the Fixed Assets register and assist in month-end closing procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of solid accounting experience.
Retail, Wholesale, or Import/Logistics background is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar financial systems is a must.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
High emotional resilience to handle cross-departmental urgency without compromising financial rules.
Professional command of English.
