Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, assets)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure accurate financial closing and reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
  • Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Support audits and provide required documentation
  • Control and review inventory accounting (important for fashion/retail)
  • Identify cost leaks and propose financial controls & improvements
  • Work closely with management on financial insights and decisions

  • 5 7 years of proven experience as an accountant
  • Strong experience with full-cycle accounting
  • Solid knowledge of taxes, VAT, and compliance
  • Experience preparing financial statements independently
  • High proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills you notice inconsistencies fast
  • Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors
