Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
· Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations.
· Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
· Review and verify entries for financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
· Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
· Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and offer strategic guidance.
· Support the external audit process by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Prior experience in construction and manufacturing is preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
· Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Based in UAE
