Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, collections, and debtor balances to optimise cash flow

  • Oversee general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes

  • Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance (UAE VAT & Corporate Tax)

  • Partner with operational teams on billing, cost tracking, and project accounting

  • Supervise and support junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years’ experience in accounting/finance, with strong AR exposure

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred).

  • Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.

  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
